What are your fees?

Fees vary according to what specific service you are after. In general, comprehensive assessments cost from $1800. My hourly rate is $195. All prices are GST inclusive. There may also be additional costs for resources and travel. Please get in touch to discuss this and payment options.

Do you offer home-based appointments?

If you are not able to come into my office, I am available for home-based appointments within the Christchurch City region for an additional $20.

Do you conduct autism assessments?

Yes, I am able to diagnose autism as part of my neuro-developmental assessments. I use a range of psychometrics (questionnaires) to determine whether a child is likely to meet criteria for autism. I also assess for ADHD, learning difficulties, and Intellectual Disability, as these all fall under the neurodevelopmental 'umbrella'.

Will you need to talk to my child's teacher?

As part of my work, I gather information from a range of sources to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your child's needs. This means engaging with teachers/kaiako, extended family/whanau, and other significant people in your child's life.

My child has anxiety. Are you able to help us?

Yes! As well as my listed services, I can also help with other concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges, school refusal etc.

Do you take self-referrals?

Certainly, I welcome self-referrals, as well as referrals from general practitioners, fellow psychologists, and other family members.

What ages do you work with?

I work with children aged up to 17 years old.
